C2 Community Connection groups are small groups of individuals or couples who meet in someone’s home, or local coffee shop, for the purpose of fellowship, friendship, Bible study, and accountability.

C2 Groups are not gatherings of biblically educated super-Christians. The members of C2 groups are normal people just like you.

We believe that this is the place where significant life change occurs. C2 groups are where real life and real issues are discussed. This is an environment where we celebrate the successes and good times of life, as well as comfort one another during the tough and disappointing times. It is a place to be encouraged, equipped, and challenged to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ.

C2 Facilitator training

C2 Group Facilitators must have been members of NTF church long enough to attend the Newcomer Preview Workshop, attend the Circuit Life Connection Workshop series, and currently attend a C2 small group. Also, be Loyal to the NTF Church Vision, loyal to the NTF Pastoral Staff and willing to apprentice with a small group Facilitator until that group is ready to multiply.

C2 Facilitators use a combination of their warm personality and fun-loving attitude along with good planning and attention to detail to make small groups a creative and compelling place for adults to gather. If you are a creative thinker, enjoy facilitating conversations among friends, loyal to the NTF vision and pastoral staff, and you are willing to follow an established and proven system, C2 group Facilitating might be for you.
